President of Malta Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca presided over the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the President’s Foundation for the Wellbeing of Society and the University of Malta. The agreement was signed by Director General of the President’s Foundation for the Wellbeing of Society Dr Ruth Farrugia and Rector of the University of Malta Professor Alfred J Vella.
