President of Malta Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca participated in a wreath-laying ceremony on the occasion of the 75th Anniversary of the Presentation of the George Cross, at the foot of the Siege Bell Monument, in Valletta. The ceremony was organised by the George Cross Island Association Malta G.C. Branch.
