The President of Malta Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca receives Dmitry Ishkhanov, an 11-year-old pianist, on a courtesy call at San Anton Palace. Having moved to Malta together with his family in 2008, Dmitry is currently furthering his studies in Germany. Last Friday, Dmitry Ishkanov performed in a recital at San Anton Palace.
