President Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca left Malta for Bulgaria to attend the 12th Arraiolos Group meeting in Plovdiv and Sofia. The Arraiolos Group brings together 11 non-executive EU heads of state.
Mrs Dolores Cristina has taken the oath of office as Acting President.
