Her Excellency thanked the founders of Dar il-Kaptan, together with the group of people who had a vision twenty-five years ago – a vision which became reality, through the founding of Dar il-Kaptan, which The President described as ‘a masterpiece’. The President also thanked the benefactors of Dar il-Kaptan, who have financially supported it throughout these 25 years.
