The Ambassador Of The Republic Of Poland Presents Her credentials to the Acting President Of Malta Dolores Cristina

Mrs. Jolanta Janek today presented her credentials to the Acting President of Malta, Dolores Cristina at the Presidential Palace in Valletta
 
During the ceremony, the Acting President of Malta and the Ambassador discussed bilateral relations.
 
Ambassador Jolanta Janek graduated from The Faculty of Economics at the Warsaw School of Economics in 1986 and from the Institute of Developing Countries at the Warsaw University in 1989. She holds a PhD in Economics.
 
In 1990 Mrs. Jolanta Janek joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland.
 
Between 1990 and 2002 she worked as a diplomat in Rome, initially at the Polish Embassy to the Holy See and later at the Polish Embassy in Italy.
 
Between 2003 and 2014, Ambassador Janek worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Warsaw, successively as Counsellor at the Press Spokesperson Bureau, Counsellor at the Western Europe Department, Deputy Director at the Office of the Minister, Deputy Director at the Asia and Pacific Region Department, First Counsellor at the European Policy Department and recently as Minister – Counsellor, Head of Western Europe Division at the European Policy Department.
 
Ambassador Janek is married. She speaks Italian, Spanish and English.
