The Ambassador of The Republic of Tunisia presents her credentials to The President of Malta Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca

On the 4th December, at the Presidential Palace in Valletta, H.E. Mrs. Zohra Ladgham presented her credentials to the President of Malta Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca.
 
During the ceremony, the President of Malta and the Ambassador discussed bilateral relations.
 
Ambassador Zohra Ladgham was born on 6th November 1957 in Tunis. She holds a degree from the Development Studies Institute from the University of Geneva, Switzerland. Apart from this, Ms. Ladgham also holds a license in Contemporary History from the University of Jussieu in Paris, France.
 
Her diplomatic experience goes back to March 1983 when she was attaché at the Office of the General Secretary of the Arab States League in Tunisia as well as serving as Diplomatic Attaché at the Arab States League Delegation to the Office of the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland.
 
In 1992, Ambassador Zohra Ladgham was made secretary of Foreign Affairs at the Organizations and International Conferences General Directorate, a post which she occupied until 1994 when she started her post on the Americas and General Directorate till 1996.
 
In 1996, she was appointed Vice Consul at the Tunisian Consulate in Nanterre, France, after which she moved to Paris in the post of Political Counselor at the Tunisian Embassy, till 1998. In the year 2000, Ambassador Zohra Ladgham was appointed Head of division at the Consular Affairs General Directorate.
 
More recently, in 2011 she occupied the role of Chargé d’Affaires at the Tunisian Embassy in France, a post which she also occupied the year after at the Tunisian Embassy in Helsinki, Finland. In 2014, she was appointed Deputy Director in the Department of Information at The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Tunis, Tunisia.
